Online HSP/GCP/FDA Training Opportunities
CITI Training
Good Clinical Practice, Human Subjects Protection and Responsible Conduct of Research Training is available through the Collaborative IRB Training Initiative (CITI) in English, Spanish and Portuguese to the staff of DAIDS-sponsored clinical research network core operations centers and research sites.
How to access and complete the CITI training courses:
- Click here: http://www.citiprogram.org
- Upon entering the CITI Program site you will be prompted to register as a new user or log-in if already an existing user.
- When prompted to select your institution or organization, please select the primary network you are affiliated with under the HANC drop down box. (Example: ACTG) Additional information will be captured on the profile page that covers additional network affiliations, role, CRS/CTU name etc.
- Complete the course.
- Upon completion of a course, certificates will be issued to the trainee. (Note: The HANC office also keeps records of certified trainees.)
NIAID Learning Center
The NIAID Learning Center is one training resource available to DAIDS grantees and DAIDS staff. Completion of all 4 modules in the GCP Learning Center addresses the content requirements for HSP, GCP and FDA elements found in the DAIDS Policy "Requirements for Human Subject Protection and Good Clinical Practice Training for Clinical Research Site Personnel".
Note: These modules do not cover the requirements for training on DAIDS Policies.
